By accessing or using the services provided by Cascadia Avian & Exotics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Veterinary Care Agreement

Our clinic provides specialized medical care for exotic and avian species. All treatments and surgical interventions carry inherent risks. By authorizing treatment, you acknowledge understanding of these risks and agree to financial responsibility for all services rendered.

Appointments & Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Emergency cases during business hours are triaged based on medical severity.
